What are the MI6 training modules?

I think they're the "enhancements" (9 of them) that can be bought for 2400xp each, and they have various effects on the player, like better resistance to damage, bigger health, faster reloading etc. I'm guessing you can buy them in the pause menu, and definitely when you access the cases to mod your weapons.
