Does anyone know how this skill works?

Is that the one you unlock from having a high joint leaderboard score?

In the full game you'll have three-dragon co-op but in this game I think it's just there to make up the numbers.

I'm hoping Luklum Bullet turns my skills up to eleven, since I'm level 10 already and have barely crossed 400km let alone 500.

I use luklum bullet, not sure if I can see any difference in damage, but I am sticking with it just incase.
