I have Dear Diary but Heavy Reading did not unlock.

I was able to unlock Dear Diary but Heavy Reading never unlocked for me. I played on my xbox and my friend's so that may be the problem? I'm sure i click and watched all 10 terminals. I've read a thread but there isn't much. What do i have to do? Find the terminals that i didn't read on my xbox or do i have to stay in one game mode and just find them 5 of them in easy?

There is a way in the game menu (I think in extra) that will tell you wich terminal you are missing.
