Hey, I remember I trade in PS3 (fat console) in 2008 with 5 PS3 games, 2 controllers (no headset or even blu ray movie) so trade in at GAME and cost around near 100 pounds that time (couldn't remember exactly price for trade in). I think it's similar near or between 80 to 100 pounds either.

Edit: I bought other PS3 in 2009 because of inFamous came out and made me want get it again. So I still got PS3 (fat console again).

I reckon you could get around £175 on eBay, maybe more. Definitely more than trading it in at a shop, that's for sure! A 160Gb Slim will go for £120+ on it's own depending on condition, number of controllers with it, etc.

Regarding postage, just take it to the Post Office and send it 1st Class Recorded. You'll be covered for damage up to a certain amount (can't remember what, but it would cover the cost of the PS3) and the person getting it would have to sign, so you know it's getting there safely and not being robbed by posties lol. Probably cost around £20, maybe a little more.
