Quick Question
hello. i've been watching the trailers for this game, and have recently become interested in getting this game, but i have not played the other two. my question is, it there a story line across all 3 or are they different each time?

I believe its a separate story and main character. I haven't played any of the others either, but ive become really interested in this one.

I have 1 & 2 and I don't think the main guy's name is the same. But they're completely different. So no, you don't have to play the others.

In Far Cry 2 you could chose between about 10 different main characters so as far as an arching story between the games, you're good.
