need serious help

how to explain, It's saying to get to water temple i need to talk to steelbeards ghost. Ive already been to underworld and freed all and gave 4 items to nahela. their all freed now but when I talk to tao, all he says is good luck. Apparently I dont have sceptre in inventory and cant talk to freed ghosts again so im kind of stuck now. Ive talked to tao in both underworld and regular world. Is there a reason I dont have sceptre like its hidden under a rock somewhere?

Did you talk to him at the entrance again where you first meet him?

maybe you sold this? its like normal weapon,only difference is no dmg

Oh my god, dude, you were right, I did the selling and buying back trick for 300k and when it popped i just sold everything thinking it couldnt be sold. yep, spencer had it in his inventory
