question about 100%

Hey im currently playing and going for Obsessive Compulsive achievement and i just have a few questions that i need help on and any reply would be much apperciated

1. For the mini games do i have to win them in both towns or can i just win all in one town and thats it? Also for the card game do i have to do all diffculties or can i just do one?

2. Do i have to complete the mission "Sallys Bounty" or is that just a quick way to earn cash?

Thats the only things i have questions on, can anyone help me out?

You only have to win once at each mini-game. For the card game, you can do any difficulty; the only exception is that you have to play on the hardest difficulty when you play Teague to get the 'Hardest Deck' achievement.

I don't think it's required as you can complete the quest as many times as you want. However, you should complete it at least once just to be safe.
