Arcade Fight Request Bug

I cant seem to find any arcade fight request matches, no matter what I do when I play. Anybody knows a work around?

Since nobody replied and I found the solution myself, So I'm gonna post it here for future reference.

Yes the achievement is somewhat glitched, you can only find people from your own region using fight request this means if you are from Germany you must find a person from Germany otherwise you won't get a match. Changing Xbox Region won't work (also gamertag region won't work either), The person must be from your own country and if you happen to be from a small country then you are in trouble

Capcom knows of this bug but haven't fixed it in any of the patches, I won't get my expectations high
