how do i get it to overcharge a fusebox... i can´t seem to make it do it, how do´s it work??

Hahahahaha are up to that bit in the sewer below the steel mill?? that part took me soooo long to figure out

I tryed using one of the youtube videos on that part. As it turns out, you can use a bridge on the other side. It was much easier and only took two tries.
