Can't find Mini-Lens

Hi there,

so i'm in chapter 16 and still cant buy a mini-lens from the tinkerer. There is the telegraphed lens and under that the long lens, but the mini-lens is missing. Thing is, for the ideal weapon setup i wanted to use, i need these.

Did anyone else have that problem? Do i have to do anything to get these? o0

Tinkerers in Ebel and Albona make them with a Telephoto Lens and a Custom Kit Set.
