Question about Dirt 3 Complete Edition (PC)

So I just bought the pc version of the dirt 3 complete edition and it has codes to redeem the Mud and Guts Car Pack and the Power and Glory Car Pack, but its missing the Monte Carlo and X Games Asia Track Packs. I saw a topic about the xbox 360 version and the post said all dlc was on the disc.

So my question is, how can I tell if the two track packs are on the disc since I didn't download them? I've never played this game so I need to know in case the seller sold me a game with missing codes.
