Help!

Ok im at the bit where i have to free azreal or whoever. I know how to do it but there is some sort of red crystal blocking the portal hole thing and then i fell down to the bottom where he is and im not sure how to get back up. Any help?

EDIT: Done one. Now he's says one more beam and he will be free. But there is no beam and im at a locked blue forcefield door?

If I remember correctly, I had a similar problem where I fell in a hole and couldn't get back out. I had to re-do it to pass it.

I got back up. Managed to do one thing there was a cutscene now i have to free the him. But theres no beam. SO confused.
