PAL version questions

Im thinking of getting the pal version and was wondering what the pal love is over edition included and where I can find a copy. Is the Pal version region free as well?

I don't think it's region free.

The Love is Over edition was the one for the US market, the PAL collector is called Stray Sheep edition. It includes:

A Rave-T-Shirt as worn by Vincent in the game
Two Stray Sheep bar-themed coasters
A Catherine poster
A pizza delivery box from the Stray Sheep Bar that serves as the packaging for all the extra items .
