Diary and Weapon Upgrade Guide with Maps

im having a bit of trouble on getting "not what she wanted in medical pavillion..it might be because i can't find a way of getting back into his office and inspecting the body. so you might have to put a * on that one or is there another way to get to steinman's office?

The images on my screen say that the bandwith has been exceeded and I need to upgrade to pro... This worked yesterday but not today.

Has anyone had a problem where they pick up Ryan Takes F Futuristics and it doesn't show in their diary list? Doesn't create a new folder for the area either? I loaded up my previous save and went onto the next (Scoping the Gate) which added correctly and went back to get the previous and it still does not show up in the list. Have been searching to see if this is gliched, but have found no answers. I basically have 2 options:

1. go ahead and grab it and hope it's counted
2. leave it be and get it after I pick up the last diary.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: figured it out. it was inside a crate and i was automatically holding down A to play it, but didn't take it from the crate then hold down A. If it is in a crate or trashcan or on a corpse you must take it from the container first then hold down A.

Okay im on this thread here trying to find out where all the diaries are and the weapon stations i have all my weapons upgraded besides the last one one post said there is a map where they are all out i don't see no map is there a website i can go to for the map help me out please

In Hephaestus, you can't get back to the Control Room after you've left it. There are three audio diaries there. You should mention it, so that people don't do the same as me, wasting time trying to get the achievement when they can't get it without starting a new game. I was missing five diaries after completing the game, so I checked this guide and found four of them, but then I found out I couldn't get to the last one. Nice guide though, keep it up!

'5.A Man or a Parasite (Andrew Ryan) - Hepheastus Core, on the desk outside the room with the bunks.' Not true. It's in the Core Control section just before the machine you have to override, through the door inbetween the hanging corpses.

You need to * the audio diaries in the Control Room. I just tried to back track but the area is closed off.

This guide was really good until it forgot to mention that you CANNOT go back into the rapture control room. I had every single diary except for one that i didn't see in the control room, thanks alot.

ok ive checked my list over and over and i got every audio diary, the first encounter diary is definitely glitched because its suppose to be on the Farmers Market but instead its in the Neptune's list, so im guessing i have to start this damn game again right?

ok looking down on the stairs i can see the crawl space i need to use but i can't find it for this audio diary

EDIT: i found it, on the wall crouch and it will prompt you to press a to use the crawlspace.
