Possible Glitch??

I have noticed that neither my Black or White Mage can learn any Lvl-5 spells as it says my magic is too low even though the shop says it is available for them to use as their class is highlighted. I know that some of the higher Lvl spells are only available for you once you promote your characters, but I wanted to see if there is something I am missing or if anyone else has noticed this as well.

I am playing it on my HTC Arrive.

You can check your magic level by going into the menu and choosing Status. Characters' magic levels increase every few levels, so it can take a bit of leveling to reach the point where you can use higher level spells.

If a spell is locked to a different class, you'll know because only the classes that can use them are highlighted.

What eastx said - it's not a glitch. This is actually the one thing that screwed up my first attempt at an 8-hour finish... I kept going to get magic and not being ready to buy it yet.
