when can i "take out" packie?

i just finished the three leaf clover mission and i try to call packie to take him out for some activities to get his "like" up to 75% and i cant, all i can do is just call him. how can i get him to go for activities with me?

I think he has to call you first to say you two can do activities. You should probably just wait for him to call you.

Yeah, you have to wait until he says something like 'we should hang out' then he's available between 3pm and 6am. I think there is a gap in between dates too. As in you can't finish one date with him and immediately call him for another.

Yes, I think he calls you after this mission. BTW you can rise up his likenes quickly taking him out to three places in the same opportunity, just remember to go last to the place you call him to go. Also he like a lot to drink hahaahah
