Redstone circuits for double doors

Seen afew videos and guides for using redstone to synchronize 2 iron doors, but the builds are not overly useful.

Im trying to create a double door set with a button on the right hand side of the frame 2 blocks up (aka eye level), and 2 pressure plates inside.

Seen afew vids that show me how to create a double door with a button on the left hand side but at floor level, which isnt that convenient, especially if youve got mobs on your tail...

Has anyone else accomplished this yet? Or is it a fools task.

Just spent 4 hours building a mansion size house, 3 floors, just trying to get the doors sorted now :/

you do it exactly the same except you need to place a block behind the front wall to place the redstone wire leading from the button on meaning you will need to make your walls 3 blocks thick with a gap in between to run the wiring through like you would in a real house if you want to hide it

Look for tavirider videos on youtube. He has some of the best videos hands down. He shows you step by step how to do the double door thing but the button is on the lower block, of course. Not sure if you're going by that one but his is the model I used. The tip above should help you out.

I'd love to do this also, anyone have a vid? I probably won't play much until the next update but i'd love to know how to do it.
