Dont hate the player?

Is anyone up for helping me get the Don't hate the player achievement. I am finding it extremely difficult as my shots lag when I am not hosting. Add my gamertag Pookerz

I take it if you set up a ranked custom game set to a single one minute game you'll still get this, if so would anyone be up for arranging a match together so I can get this achievement?

Hi guys, I am new to this forum so If I do anything wrong or something don't be too hard on me xD I don't even know if people will get back to me or not anyway!

I recently got back into gears of war 3 and have been doing various achievements in gears 1 and 2 to unlock some new skins - would anyone be up for helping me get the "Don't hate the player" achievement? I have tried to get it legit but I just get destroyed online :L

I am in the UK if it helps.
