Can you save your progress?

This might be a silly question, but is there any way to save your progress in Hexic HD? I know you can interrupt your game and come back to it later, but I mean let's say you make it to Level 14 and then a bomb goes off and your game is over; is there any way to pick it right back up at Level 14, or are you always forced to start over at Level 1?

Unfortunately not, but that just means it's even sweeter when you get Grand Pearl Pooh- Bah
