Attachment Credits?

Do you get more than one for some levels because i have 26 available on my level 30 riflemen and i have two primary and my side arm all fitted with all attachments which is over 20 spent.

You would have received a total of 60 credits, 30 for each faction. So in that sense, yes you do receive more than one credit.

Also, I believe, but am not entirely sure, that when you choose something at a decision point that you do not have to also spend any credits to unlock it.

I mean for each side. Im level 31 and have 26 credits for both factions. And i counted ive spent 24 with each. Im pretty sure it was due to my rank glitch.

Used a respec token on my Lv50 engi because I wanted UAV and Sentry instead of Field Computer and UCAV and I had 50 credits on each side.
