Pistol fire mode?
In single player sometimes i fine pistols with an alt fire mode, but i have no idea what this means....Anyone know?

I think it's a fully automatic pistol. So it's not a single shot, it'll unload the clip if you hold RT down.
Similar to the other stuff you can get on other guns like laser sights or flashlights etc.
