Ex cop clue?
The first clue for chapter 7 is called ex-cop but the guy is never there to talk to. Anyone else have this problem?

That's because you have to meet him first in chapter 2, the nightclub. He's kinda the running joke in the game. You meet him in chapter 2 for the first time which will then let you meet up with him on chapter 7 to let him available for meet up on chapter 14 (Final chapter)

Incase you didn't know, you will need all of the Ex-Cop clues to unlock the tourist locations achievement.
