no this is not like the orrey, this is a new house for you in the mountains, mages will get the most out of it but it has useful features for all

I hope its available to everyone, not just mages, because I need a new house :P. The fanboy is in my Bruma house.

I think the only content that I would actually download would be additional Dark Brotherhood quests/missions, as it was the only guild that I had fun playing through.
