"True Musou" (All Achv.) not unlocking?

a little peeved, just finished everything in the game and I have 42/43 achievements. True Musou did not unlock for me.

If it means anything,

The last 2 that I unlocked were all costumes and all wallpapers (from finishing the last S prof character.) They unlocked at the same time.

I've tried doing another stage, changing characters, raising a couple bonds. No work. Any ideas?

Maybe you have to save the game and the achievement will pop up.

that is what it took in DW7 for the ALL one to pop

I just got it. Did a couple battles and got it at the title screen. It didn't work the first couple times I went to title/saved. But it was relatively painless. Happy now.

I got it today, after obtaining all the achievements, just press start button and return to the main menu, this achievement will pop up immediately.
