Stuck on level 59

I've been stuck on this Tree level for days. No matter what I try I cannot get the spider web down to the bottom green section. Any advice??

EDIT: the web shoots perpendicular to the angle you are at when you touch the spider. So to get the web to go down the spider has to be above that bottom section and facing horizontally. Hold anywhere on the screen to speed up the flame which is important in timing your spider hit.
