Finally beat Dolce in NG+
I finally beat her, I've been trying for pretty much the whole day.
definitely not fun, glad it is over. |

I agree. When I had to do the second playthrough, I was dreading this point. She hits so ridiculously hard and attacks so fast that blocking when she decides to attack from the front can be frustrating.

I spent about 4 hours leveling in the area because I was tired of getting whooped. My first attempt I lost on the first round.

I can't beat this bitch for the life of me.. i can barely get off a chain combo without at least 1 member being dead.. she hits for about 6k damage which is about my max hps on all my characters.. wtf

I beat her first try. Just level up high enough (I think level 24?) so Chopin has spirits pathway for healing. Also if you planned properly and picked them up, equip Polka w the brilliant brooch and Salsa with the dark brooch. Also make sure Salsa has her Deadly Orbit special. Also, being encore mode, make sure you are playing at party level 6 so you can get 6x harmony chains. 6x harmonies chains = kicking the shit out of bosses. Take pirates out first and if you need to back track to the Baroque ship and buy a bunch of angel trumpets from the merchant. I haven't run into any progression problems at all. Understand your equipment.
