That explains why its been on sale frequently over the last month or two. Glad I picked it up then, the boxart on that is terrible.

And cue a storm of speculation about it stacking. I'll just leave noting that AA stacked because they updated the game's engine between the versions, going from Unreal 3 to Unreal 3.5 (which allowed them to make it 3D among other things). AC is not getting that kind of upgrade or transition so there's no reason it should stack.

Won't stop the assumptions but figured I'd point it out anyways.

They counted as seperate achievements for AA. That would be the only reason I'd buy the GOTY Edition of AC down the road would be to go back in and experience it again and grab the achievements along with it. Already have all the DLC and will get Harley when it comes out.

Surely that can't be right since the 30th of April is a Monday, plus PSN releasing it on a Sunday.

I hope the DLC will be on separate disc. I like my GotY editions with DLC on disc, like Fallout 3, DA:O and Oblivion.

Yeah im not a fan of codes in retail games

Edit it comes on disc and the new dlc is around 2 hours long which makes the 800MSP seem a little high.

Thought as much, seemed strange releasing it on a Monday and a whole month before the GOTY edition is out.

Wow thats some nasty box art.

the new dlc looks good-hopefully better than the catwoman dlc. I felt the story part was quite short so unless you like tons of challenge rooms (I dont) I would have resented paying 800msp for it had I got the game used.

I hope the dlc comes on a disk, that way I can try to get it used for cheaper than the price of the robin, nightwing and HQ's revenge packs although as GOTY is only coming to the UK on September these packs will probably have been put on sale many times by then.

I don't want stackable achievements. I struggled with achievements the first time 'round, I really don't want to go through it all over again.

If they are not stackable, then I will just sell the copy I have and get the GOTY edition. Rather pay the difference and get a new copy + all add-ons, instead of buying it separately and more than likely, end up paying more for DLC.

I don´t think there´s that much content for GOTY edition, honestly. Some costumes, three additional characters but only one involved in the story and now this. Yes, yes, it´s awesome, finally a story related DLC and been able to make more use of Robin than just the challenges maps. But I buy online some of the features because I really though this game will never see a GOTY edition that was useful. Now I´m pissed off, because I want GOTY edition to have the info on disc and not on my HD, but then, I will only get Harley Quinn´s Revenge and costumes, since I already have the rest, that money is lost if I buy GOTY, plain and simple.

And 800 I think it´s expensive for 2 hours of play.
