The Door to C4 as Tweed

In the 3rd level use Tweed and pick up C4 but don't use it until you're in a room where there is a door you can C4 with lots of Green Herbs and Grenades behind it (you can see them). It is after you enter the sewers.

There is some C4 near the door which unlocks the achievement

Ah, ok cool. I just found the one in the Park and didn't use it lol.
