just picked up gta again as i never really got much done on it story of my life in games.
after i have finished the sorty mode can i go back and do all of the...

Complete all 10 package delivery jobs
Complete all 10 Exotic Export orders
Complete the most wanted side missions from the police computer
Capture 20 criminals through the police computer
Deliver all 30 cars ordered through text messageComplete 100% of the unique stunt jumps
Complete all 9 assassin missions
Collect every hidden package in the game

i only ask as my save game has got way to much time on it already for the key to the city and i relly want to get this all done but not sure on best route to take do all these on current save game or start a fresh.

Yes, all of those can be done after you complete the story.
