When the game is over...
What exactly can you do? I missed a playboy on my first runthrough and picked that up. When I was choosing a car though my miles and stuff didn't pop up? is that normal? also what chapter would you choose to do to get all the wanted posters?

SPOILERS BELOW!
After you kill Derek you will get a load of money that you can spend on whatever you want. That's when you should basically get everything done. I'm not sure about the miles part though.

When I finished the game I mopped up all achievements bar the Wanted Posters. Hopefully I'll get around to getting those too.
