In the UNITED WE STAND chieve is it possible to jump to the specific areas and take out the bosses without playing the entire game in co op. I ask this cause i have returned to a few spots and found the bosses regenerated... Dont know whether this is poss.Anyone have any ideas.

yeah, im plaing splitscreen with my girlfriend and already got some coop achievements.

another question:
my girlfriend isn't that good at aiming and stuff well, let's say she is still practicing :-) so we might really get some trouble with the mad moxxis achievements, so here is my question:

if she hosts the game with a level 1 char and i get the larger challenges done, does the low level host get the achievements as well?

i think the length of the marathon games is a little too long even by marathon standards playing your xbox online for that many hours in a row is dangerous for such a frail system such as the xbox360

So I haven't been paying attention but I was looking through my achievement list and it says that my 20 LVL achievement did not pop up but I am lvl 60....Anything I can do to help fix that without playing the game all over again?

My wife has been playing co-op with me. She doesn't have the Pandora-Dog Millionaire achievement despite the fact that she has over $4,000,000. We noticed while playing yesterday that when I host the game and she is Player #2, her total amount of money goes up when she picks up cash / sells stuff, but the amount of money collected on the Challenges list doesn't change. Does anyone know why this is?

Im a bit unsure of some things.
I've beaten one playthough with one account, using sisters account to get the co-op.
Just wondering if i have to do:
a) A boss battle in co-op must be done during a mission (ie: Can't do it by returning to Rakk Hive) and
b) If I must complete the 15 co-op missions during the one playthrough, or can I constantly restart after the first say.. 5 missions and just do them over and over for the achievement?

Having re-bought Borderlands GOTY, I just need a few questions answered before I start them later on. Just for some information, I'm Lvl 50 and about halfway through Playthrough 2.

- Should I start Knoxx Secret Armory first, for the level cap increase in order to gain XP from DLC packs 1-4?

- If this isn't the case, could I manage 50-61 JUST by playing the Knoxx Secret Armory?

I'd like to do the DLC "in order" so to speak. So Zombie Island, Mad Moxxie, Knoxx and Claptrap Revolution. I'll probably not start the fourth until a patch is released. But at the same time, I don't want to be wasting XP by not having the level cap lifted.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Knoxx DLC is huge, I went from 50 to over 65 and have still not done all the missions!

No doubt been answered before, but the search isn't exactly the most helpful thing in the world.

Now, I've beaten the game as the Siren (Lilith?) all the way through Playthrough 2, and saved every single claptrap possible, but didn't get enough pack upgrades to get the Fully Loaded achievement; I think I stopped at 36 item slots. Is there a trick to getting those extra pack upgrades? I don't mind playing the game through a third time with a new character, but I'd like to know ahead of time what I should keep in mind.

the gameplay achievements for this game weren't bad, but i never got a chance to complete any of the DLC achievements...maybe one day.

You didn't actually save every single claptrap. Remember, you have to find the claptraps for the missions to even show up. In your case, there were two you missed along the way. Look at this guide to figure out the locations of the ones you missed.

noticed that placing a check mark on the secret achievements for claptrap dlc cant be saved on this site. can someone fix?

Thanks, I'll definitely take a look at the guide tonight.

EDIT: I was missing the Claptraps from Earl's Scrapyard and Old Haven. I guess I assumed I found them all, since I got the achievements for completing all missions. Thanks again!

hey guy's have anyone noticed the zombie island achievements that glitch, had my profile and save went to a mates house loaded up my save played split-screen started up that game and bang the achievements just popped up with out me doing it does anyone know why?

Loved this game. Thought the achievements were well balanced, nothing too difficult and promoted playing the game to it's fullest. Just the right amount of work to get satisfaction and enjoyment without the old monotony set in, brilliant game.

the achievements in this game are great. great sense of humor and cultural references that make them some of my favorite achievement names. "my brother was an italian plumber" was a bit of a bitch to get tho.

Best RPG ever, the only one that i've gotten all achievements inc. dlc. It's just that awsome. Most of them are easy gamerscore, however some are a pain e.g. Braaaaaaaaaaains
