My Fellow Gears not unlocking

Can someone tell me how to unlock My Fellow Gears (2 player arcade) achievement?
Yesterday I unlocked We few happy few (the 4 player arcade), so I think it is impossible to not to unlock My Fellow Gears. Or am I wrong?

Did you skip any cutscenes?

May sound strange but I've known several people who've had issues in each of the games on both platforms due to skipping cutscenes myself included. Why all acts on Insane is months away from completing act 5 on Insane for me on Gears 1.

Seems to be pretty rare occurence but next time run through the campaign and do not skip any cutscenes and see what happens.

I went through the entire game with skipping cutscenes in co-op.

I didn't skip the scenes. Even watched all the credits.

I'm having the same issue and it's driving me nuts - if anyone hears of the solution I would love to hear it. I've gone through campaign multiple times, not once has the achievement even hinted that it's going to unlock. Not cool.
