Miranda and Jack Fight

Does anyone know why I don't have an option to use the blue paragon text on Jack and Miranda when they are fighting after the loyalty mission?

You don't have sufficient paragon points. The check uses the maximum possible at that point of the story against your current amount.

I just completed this mission last night and was able to resolve the fight with the Blue Paragon option. My Paragon rating is in the fifth tier on the left though. I don't know how high it needs to be to have the option, but I was able to resolve the issue. They both stayed loyal but still want to kill each other haha. I loved when Joker told Shepard to take pictures. Got a good laugh out of that

If you read the discussion I linked, the paragon/renegade bars aren't very relevant. It's possible to be able to pass the paragon check now and fail it later in the game.

Yeah I hope that doesn't happen later for me. I've had success so far with having a high paragon meter and haven't encountered any problems yet. Hoping it will stay that way!

I used the Red response and they both stayed loyal. I am on my second play-through as a Vanguard. I have the perk for 100% paragon answers.

I had 100% paragon and i still couldn't get Miranda and Jack to stop fighting. Later i tried getting Miranda's loyalty back and it still wouldn't work.

ive had the same issue before, it's gotta be bugged, no way can you have max paragon and it not work.

i feel the entire series is full of bugs, the stupid "sign in change has occured" error is particulally annoying...
