Total Amount of Malaria Pills

Dear community,

I´ve got a question regarding the total amount of available malaria pills.
The number of sidequests for getting them is limited as far as I know.
From what I´ve read, not using pills leads to an instant warp back to the church.

Im currently busy searching for diamonds as well as the jackal types in Leboa Sako, the northern territory. I´m taking my time for exploration, so I´ll need a lot of pills I guess ;D

Do I have to rush through the game now??

Don't worry about it. I took my sweet time exploring as well and seemed to have an infinite amount of pills.

Then I´ll wrap up the sidequests and missing diamonds before finishing the main quests in Leboa Sako.

At the Beginning of the game, IF you don't start any of the story missions,
you have infinite pills.
