secret boss battles

anbody know how to get Exusia to show up i was looking online and the onling thing i saw was hes in some of the territory missions and the other bosses are hidden to anybody know how to get those as well?

isn't he the boss of story mission 09? and i think he's in Order 69

no i looked online he is a random territory boss or something im trying to find the standards to get him to show up and yes u fight him as the last boss but u have to fight him agian
