Story Mission 02, Covert Action subquest

Jesus this is like the 7th time I've done this mission and I pretty much just walked through the entire thing making sure to kill the UAV's and not get detected yet I still can't get this subquest. Here's one of my runs. Feel free to point out what I did wrong, if anything.
Someone, ANYONE, please.

Shoot them from a distance and take your time. It can be one of the harder ones to do, try using sniper rifles or battle rifles and a long range scanner and head (I forget which ones....one of the tracking type recon units has a 450 range camera, then add on to that a head with a range of 300, it's a KE type I think)
