Missing penguins to unlock chapter 8!

I am missing three penguins so i can't unlock chapter 8. i have collected everyone so far (212) but 215 are needed. any hidden birds? please help. thank you.

We gathered up altogether 229 penguins, after all only 212 shows the game.

The game is wrong!
The counting stopped at 212 following a replay. The 7. chapter does not count penguins.
