A few questions regarding legacy mode...

First, I chose a light heavyweight. So, my question is can I still become goat even though I can only move up one weigt class? Secondly, I skipped my first sponsor event by accident. Will another opportunity arise and should I be able to reach 95 percent popularity by the end even though I simmed it? To anyone Who replies, thank you.
