Co-op campaign anyone?

Hi,

Its been a year & half since I played this game. I have 200/1250 achievements. As you can see, I have lots of achievements to unlock. Could someone host a co-op campaign with me? You on Casual, me on Hardcore. Then vis versa.

If you want to play multiplayer after, im down.
