Regarding "surfs up" medal/achievement

Hey guys, me and my friend have been surviving this mode for more than 15 waves, we usually make it to the 20+ waves without dying but this won't seem to unlock? We are 13/15... but we are sure we've made it without dying or being downed numerous times.

I found that a couple of time.. Not really sure on the answer... I got it by playing solo in the end. That way, you know if you've been downed because it'll be game over. With a partner though, maybe after wave 15, make a mental note of your deaths. When the game is over check your stats if you've been revived more than you counted you then have your answer... This is not a very good solution to your problem I know. But I hope it helps a little...
