"Union Buster" is really really simple. During your first mission, you will drive into an Army compound. The camera crew is filming you as you progress through the story. Just shoot at everybody in the mission, there is way way more than 15 cameramen. I got it before getting into the Humvee (halfway through the mission).
EDIT: For clapboards, this is a copy/paste of the solution on trueachievements.com by a member Tsukimi. I don't know if he's a member here, so I'm posting it, but the entire credit should be given to him. (All a re found during the second mission - Hangar) There are 2 hidden clapboards in each set. The set means that the place before/after the combat scene. So there are total 3 sets you can find these collectables. The 1st set: 1/ Just in front of the crushed plane. 2/ Right after you go up to the roof. The 2nd set: 3/ After you exit the scene, there's a bed room set right in front of you. Go to the bed and turn left and you will see it. 4/ This is the tricky one, I miss it at the 1st time.. When they talk about Prof. Genki you will see a wrestling ring with 2 huge box & a sofa. The clapboard is behind the box with a big pink question mark. Press jump to enter the ring to take it. The 3rd set: 5/ After you run out of the scene and you will see some replacement of your homie. Go further, you will see a place look like Zimo's crib, the clapboard is in the kitchen. 6/ After you take the 5th clapboard, turn right and you will see a huge robot, the last one is just behind it. You can access the Gangstas missions right after doing the intro mission of robbing the guard armory and taking the stuff to Shaundi's ex's, so it's fairly quick to get back to if you need to. The intro gangstas mission felt longer than the actual game missions.

Thanks for that info. I've written it out my own way, but credited you.
Now, that roadmap. I think it's safe to say that you can unlock all achievements in under 60 minutes.

I loved this and Genkibowl VII a lot..but can they really be worth a lot of money when I've gotten all achievements on day 1 in less then an hour for both DLC? I just hope The Trouble With Clones will be just as good but longer...
But very nice detailed guide..well done

Hope this helps someone (just because it's slightly confusing with them being out of order in the guide):
The order you can obtain the achievements is: I Do My Own Stunts Union Buster First Contact Pew! Pew! Pew! Lights! Camera! Action! Warrior Princess Xenaphobe Revenge of the Navigator Do a Barrel Roll! C-List Celebrity |

I was looking for the guide/FAQ for that, as I don't want to do it different to what it should be. Can't find it.

Maybe I'll re-arrange it to the order you unlock the achievements, which would make more sense actually. ![]() Edit. Then again, "I Do My Own Stunts" can be missed if you don't land on the target.

Also noticed the 3 stunts one as one listed twice so what is the 3rd stunt? Or is it 2 different bridges you have to fly through?

I appreciate that a lot. Thank you. It's not my first attempt at a guide, but this one is the first one I have completed.

You fly under the third bridge. I made the edit up top.

Excellent guide and quickly written too! Banged all this out yesterday morning. Nearly missed one of the clapboards before checking your guide and restarting the mission. Thanks a lot! More of these please.

What you need to do is to always do a manual save after you successfully completed all achievements in one mission. That way, if you fail to get all the achievements in the next mission, simply reload manual save.
First mission: I Do My Own Stunts Union Buster First Contact -> Manual Save Second mission: Pew! Pew! Pew! Warrior Princess Lights! Camera! Action! Xenaphobe -> Manual Save Third mission: Revenge of the Navigator Do a Barrel Roll! C-List Celebrity |

I'm more than happy spending an hour of playing a game, to attempt getting the remaining achievements. Not sure why others can't.

So "Do A Barrel Roll" achievement is actually part of the story since it tell you to do the "said tricks"?

Correct. You can't progress until you do it.
