Easiest Legendary Souls/Skills for Duels method

I've seen some people complain about the difficulty of Legendary Souls so here is the method I used to beat all seven levels and get the Skills for Duels cheevo.

Pick Astaroth, run forward and use the B+G Throw, or LB which makes it a lot easier.

That's it, I lost once to Algol but other than that it worked perfectly

For the Skills for Duels Cheevo I got it against Edge Master, once you have used the above move to beat your opponent twice and then get the opponet down to his last quarter of health (maybe a little less) you wait for your opponent to crouch and do the same throw but while crouching or pressing down, after this hammer ABK or RT and you will perform a brave edge that (should) finish him off.

It just happened with Edge Master because if you wait a split second instead of throwing he always goes into crouch.

This really doesnt work. Me and two friends just tried for like an hour with this method and cant get anywhere. 90% of the time they just grab break.

I used Natsu. The first time I tried, I got my shit fucking wrecked. Tried after a day or two, combo'd him a bunch and won 2 rounds and then got him to low health, did her brave edge which is ungodly easy and won. Natsu's Brave Edge is A+G.A+B+K. If you haven't changed your controls, A+G is left bumper and A+B+K is Right Trigger. Just press the right trigger somewhat fast after you go to do the grapple and you got it.

I beat legendary souls using Xiba. Spam his Y+B move (It is the multiple pokes). Eventually they will start side stepping that and when they do that use the X, X, B move. Thats how I also beat all the advanced people in quick battle. Works surprisingly well

The one thing about grabs on the AI, is that they do a super insanely accurate duck, to where they are only down, for not even half a second before they pop up and counter hit you. If its not that, then yea they usually grab break.

I cleared it using Xiba style. Was using a Pyrrah style at first and could clear the first 5 within 1-3 tries, before getting destroyed by Edgemaster. Even with Xiba, i still struggled on Edgemaster and Elysium for a while. Algol was a pushover tho.

This is what ended up working for me, however I did it against Nightmare.

is it got to be the final battle or it can be done on round 3 and 4 as well?

It has to be on the last round you need to win. If you won the first two, you can pull it off as early as round 3.

The first post method worked for me too.
I didn't even have to protect myself... And when times went hard i simply used the special move to be sure not to lose. (i've finished it 14 minutes with this method)

I'm a little disappointed that there is no achievement for completing the "Legendary Souls" mode.

But i have to admit that i had a lot of stress even with this method... And i on't do it again for sure...
