where do you get your preorder dlc armor and weapons from?

I preordered at gamestop and used the codes to get my stuff but where is it? Its not on me when I start the game do I have to go somewhere to pick them up? Any help would be appreciated.

When you get to the first town, there will be a chest sitting in front of a house across from the well. Inside that chest, you'll find your preorder bonus items.

[Method]

The "Special Deliveries" chest that is next to the entrance (left as you look at the door) of the inn in Odarath. Odarath is the first town you enter after escaping the tower.

Is there a place where I can store extra things. I don't want to carry around the preorder stuff I don't need or want.

Only storage you get in the game is in your house. The first house you can get is in Webwood. The storage chest is shared among all houses you own and has about a 130 item capacity I believe.
