what does this achievment mean? what is it asking me to do?

The bar on the top of your screen will flash, and the notes throughout the level, will bounce in time with the beat to the song playing. The pace of the beat never changes so just tap X in time to 20 beats in a row. If done correctly, you will spin around colourfully from every 4th spin. This will indicate if you're doing it correctly or not. Hope that helps
