Game Wont Proceed!

Im in my second playthrough (Heroic) and i've just killed the Stone Giant then it comes up "Press A To Proceed" but nothing happens.

I've tried loading and doing it in Single Player, Coop with a friend, Dashboarding but nothing seems to work!!

The only other save file I have is 7 lvls ago at the start of Heroic NEW GAME.

Does that mean I need to go all the way to the start again and lose my levels/items or is there a work around for this?

Also, if I join my friends Heroic from the start will I get the Complete on Heroic achievement aswell or only him?

I would just look for a multiplayer game on Xbox Live that is a chapter before where you left off on your single player account. You will play right through where you are in your own game, and it will save the progress on your account. Hopefully an easy solution for you. This should also work with a private game if you have a friend that is at the same point or right before where you left off.

I had the same thing happen, but just a different area of the game. I had to start over.
