online SS method help

I have looked at all the guides I can, but to no luck have i found a soild idea as to how the sessions should and will go.

I have two and myself in the session, we are all at A+. now after the lastest update, i notice that we on avarge get around 20-30k per session, but the loss is almost unpredicable. is the surrvial method still the best option, and should we just have one of the three win, with the other two not battling to help boost the time it takes to get to SS?

any help is great
