Found an easter egg on The Slab

There is a ball at one of the spawns and if you manouver it up and around to the cell area with the hole in the fence, push the ball into the broken fence and something fun happens

i did it and just got a creepy laugh? did i miss something or is there maybe more to it, kinda like the checkout easter egg.

Did you not see a black rat run out, look around, then you hear the laugh, and the rat runs away, I'm not sure what it means, maybe as Evilrockstar said it's the start to a larger easter egg

I have a feeling it has something to do with all the red X's. two big heavy doors have a red X as well and one of them you can hear someone coughing behind the door. Plus on the wall in what i believe is the shower spawn it says "Evil lurks in the X.. Inner city." It also says "Hate", "Justice", & "There's no end to the madness."

me and my friend have been trying to figure out the next step to the easter egg. If you notice there are a bunch of wretch footprints originating at were you push the ball through the fence. They end up in the middle, but we really havn't found much past that.

I did this last night (err...this morning, I guess?) and the rat thing was neat, but I agree that it is part of a larger Easter Egg...the wretch footprints and the red "X"'s plus the person or thing coughing behind the door seem like they all add up to something...hmm...

The X's probably have something to do with it. There is an "X" on the ground at the hole you kick the ball through.

I spent a good 30 minutes trying to figure out the rest.

If it helps someone smarter than me...

There is a knife in the wall back in the showers. Not one on both sides. Makes me think of the Bullet Marsh Easter Egg.

So far we have tried many things and have not found part 2 of the easter egg. The sayings im pretty sure have to do something with it aswell. The wretch footprints are obvious to lead to something but im not sure. If you go into the the open area the footprints jump up onto that little ledge with the metal gate open and just end there. Im not sure what the heck that means though. Since there is nothing to grab around the map or interact with then maybe you have to shoot something to activate the next part.

I noticed the wretch footprints lead to a washing machine behind a fence, the machine they lead to has the door open, and there is a machine outside the fence with it's door open, I thought that might have something to do with it, I tried firing boomshots into the open doors with no success lol

I dunno if this helps or is anything ......but I think I found something interesting. If you notice there are water jugs placed all over the map and on some ledges and you can shoot them. Im gonna try n shoot em all then put the ball in the fence.....justa thought too it says evil lurks in the inner city and there is evil painted on the wall in the middle of the open part of the map(exercise room).. also says on the wall there is no end to the madness(and justice is nect to it) but TIE is bold maybe something to dowith ti and going crazy? nother guess and less likely.

20+ pages long on Epic forums discussing possible further Easter Egg with nothing further. Lots of ideas, but still no solution. Will keep checking.

I found all the jugs and shot them all, nothing happens, maybe you have to shoot them in a certain order though.

While playing through raams shadow i noticed that "evil lurks in the inner city... x" quote was in it so that's probably just re used and has nothing to do with it. Although there were wretch footprints in the area :P

Guys, i believe im on too something, when the rat appears and leaves wretch footsteps (bloody) i have found a path of them leading to some sort of big drain thing in almost the middle of the map, it looks asif the footprints broke its way through and some of them elad toward the washing machine through the bars!! hit me up if u wanna search ( Fr0zencaveman) cheeers!!

i think maybe the footprints are showing the order to do everything in. Ive heard that once you push the ball into the hole and the rat comes out that you can throw a flame grenade into the bush and it makes an arrow pointing to the wall, go to the wall and shoot it with a boom shot.. im not sure which order the footprints go in because im not playing right now, but i tried before throwing smoke and grenades into the vent thing were there are foot prints, ive spent lots of time trying to find out the easter egg but if anyone finds something new let me know
