Blood Oath progress problem

I was playing the 'Proving Honor' mission when the guy watching you, is always bugging me. Trying to talk to me even when enemies are around.

Never heard of this. Do you have any backups before accepting the mission or tried to clear your cache?

Sadly, I don't have any backup saves before the mission. But I did find out that I have to 'Kill' him for to stop annoying me. Haven't tried that though. I'll give it a try. Thank you for the reply.
