I'm on the fence on whether or not I should buy this game. Convince me to buy/not buy this game.

Why should we convince you? We aren't making any profit... Other then that it is easily one of the best games i have ever played, not on Xbox but the PC version due to the facial features and how realistic the game looks.

Rent it if you're undecided and go from there. Any other decisions you need help with? What to eat? What to wear?

I'm giving it a try now and enjoying it. I waited til now but I wish I had dove in because it's a fun game, be aware though there are some serious grinding moments. Find 50 Film Reels (While it is in the guide) takes a long time. Then there's driving every car.... Fook me, pain in the arse

Rent. This game may have free roaming in it, it's not the same as GTA or Red Dead. Once you do all the cases and street crimes, there's not much else to do except drive.

Can I take you up on that Chickin? Wife is pregnant and it seems to have rendered her unable to make a decision for herself...I'm tired of choosing

OT: I thought this was a very, very good game. For me it was worth buying but like Chickin said, best bet is to just rent it first, or if you can't do that buy it preowned from GS and you have 7 days to return it for a full refund.

Where do you guys rent games? You can buy it on Amazon for less than $10. My only rental place is Blockbuster and they charge close to that for a 3-5 day rental.

In any case its worth buying in my opinion. Great storyline, great graphics, great music...very love it or hate it gameplay. If you don't know anything about it, I suggest watching some gameplay videos of it to get a feel for the detective work because that's the crux of the game. The movement, shooting, and driving mechanics all have a GTA IV feel.
