Dwarven Helmet of Waterbreathing

I recently purchased a Dwarven helmet of waterbreathing, Disenchanted it so I could gain the waterbreathing enchantment, and then received a letter from a courier asking to bring a dwarven helmet of waterbreathing to Calcelmo.

Does anyone know if I can just make a dwarven helmet, enchant it with waterbreath and give him that?

I have yet to find a watherbreathing enchantment, but I did buy a flaming dwarven sword, and the same thing happened to me with the courier. I can't remember what he gave me for it though.

I had the exact thing as the post above, the flaming dwarven sword. I disenchanted it before i knew what it was for, so when the courier told me to drop it off, i thought I was screwed. But for some strange reason, when I talked to the old man the option appeared as if i still had it, so i just sold it to him...

Tried just going to him and it didn't work. Going to try making one and see what happens then.

Pretty sure it says in the letter something along the lines of "if you bring it to me or stumble upon another one, I would be very interested in it." I had a dwarven axe of burning that I made after selling the one he wanted and he took it no problem.

Calcemo barley gives you any money for it. I think before a successful persuasion he'll offer something around 150 gold. 250ish if you succeed. I tried selling him several pieces of armor and nothing ever came of it.

Made a dwarven helm, enchanted it with waterbreathing, even renamed it. He didn't want it. (was no option to offer)

Where did you find said Helmet, would love to enchant some water breathing.

Is this a 'one-time' opportunity? Or, can you just go buy another piece of Dwarven equipment and sell that to Calcemo?

You pretty much get a letter from him just about every time you buy dwarven weapon/armor with an enchant on it from any vendor.
As for the waterbreathing enchant, any vendor that sells armor has a random chance of selling one. No one fixed place unfortunately.

maybe thats why i havent found one, i never buy stuff, always loot

I found the exact same helmet in a random chest.
I haven't got around to disenchanting it yet though.

You can find it randomly as loot also. Found 2 helmets that had this this enchantment on it.
